peoplevalue appoints Andy Lister as Non-Executive Chairman

Following Ethos Partners’ investment, peoplevalue has been focusing on its growth strategy which has resulted in a number of structural changes to the business. One such change which the team is really excited to announce, is the appointment of Andy Lister as Non-Executive Chairman.

Andy has an impressive background and wealth of experience, having set up the Employee Benefits business at The Grass Roots Group and later on becoming the UK MD and COO for the wider group.  Prior to joining Grass Roots, Andy held a number of senior HR roles with NatWest, working in employee relations, employment law and compensation and benefits.  Andy will work closely with Andy Caldicott, peoplevalue’s CEO, and other board members to help shape the next 3-5 years of peoplevalue’s journey as it continues to grow and innovate in the employee engagement market.

Andy Caldicott, CEO at peoplevalue commented:

“I’m delighted to welcome Andy to the peoplevalue team and proud that he’s joined us at this exciting time to support the next stage of our business’ growth. With his fantastic experience and expertise in both employee engagement and employee benefits, he’ll be able to provide valuable advice and guidance to shape peoplevalue’s strategy and vision. Andy is a great fit for our team and we’re all very pleased to have him on board.”

Speaking about his new role as Non-Executive Chairman, Andy Lister said:

“I’ve known Mike Morgan since he founded the business and have always made a point to keep a close eye on how they were progressing! Their reputation for innovation and service always impressed me and the recent investment from Ethos will enable them to accelerate their recent growth. I am delighted to be taking on a role where together with the management team and Ethos we can create an exciting future for the business and the great people that work there.”
