peoplevalue appoints Andy Lister as Non-Executive Chairman

Following Ethos Partners’ investment, peoplevalue has been focusing on its growth strategy which has resulted in a number of structural changes to the business. One such change which the team is really excited to announce, is the appointment of Andy Lister as Non-Executive Chairman.

Andy has an impressive background and wealth of experience, having set up the Employee Benefits business at The Grass Roots Group and later on becoming the UK MD and COO for the wider group.  Prior to joining Grass Roots, Andy held a number of senior HR roles with NatWest, working in employee relations, employment law and compensation and benefits.  Andy will work closely with Andy Caldicott, peoplevalue’s CEO, and other board members to help shape the next 3-5 years of peoplevalue’s journey as it continues to grow and innovate in the employee engagement market.
