We’re always looking for new ways to optimise our solutions so that our clients and their employees can benefit from new features, tools and technology that enhance the value of their scheme.
One such feature that we’re delighted to have just launched for our advantage benefits & discounts solution is a peer-to-peer recognition tool. So, not only does advantage deliver thousands of discounts and cashback offers, free competitions, a fuel discount card and a range of valuable wellbeing tools, it now gives employees the opportunity to share recognition and connect with their colleagues.
An overview of the tool
This smart, interactive recognition tool gives employees the ability to say thank you to their colleagues and celebrate special moments as a team.
Employees simply nominate a colleague or group of colleagues they want to recognise, type out a personalised message and select an appropriate value from the options provided. They can even attach a photo, video or audio file to their recognition – another new feature that we’ve added to make recognition more personal and significant within a virtual space.
When employees send and receive recognition, they receive an alert in their email inbox and the message centre of their advantage account. On top of that, all recognition posts are automatically added to the social wall – an interactive feed where employees can ‘like’, comment on and share posts to further support and recognise their colleagues.
This recognition tool fits perfectly within our intuitive advantage platform, giving employees the opportunity to share their appreciation of their colleagues as well as enjoy the other fantastic benefits available including shopping discounts, free competitions and wellbeing tools.
