How does it work?
Now in its fifth year, the peoplevalue Round Table brings together senior HR professionals from businesses across the UK to network, learn, and share ideas around employee engagement.
At our previous Round Table in April, we were joined by Faran Johnson, Managing Director at Engage for Success who delivered a thought-provoking discussion on Employee Voice – one of the four key enablers of employee engagement.

Event theme: Why financial wellbeing plays a critical role in employee engagement
For our upcoming event, we will be discussing all things financial wellbeing and the relationship it has with employee engagement. We will be joined by Monica Kalia, Co-Founder and Chief Strategy Officer at Neyber.
Monica has a long background in banking, running the European Banks equity research team at Goldman Sachs, and is currently on the Board of Trustees for the UK’s leading debt charity, StepChange. Her expertise will certainly provide a valuable insight into the importance of financial wellbeing in the workplace.
With The Langham, London home to Michel Roux Jr.’s French restaurant, we couldn’t host this event without providing food. So, as well as taking part in our insightful discussion, delegates will be sitting down to a complimentary breakfast which is sure to impress. This event really is not to be missed!
